Yesterdays supper was pick up Chinese of pork fried rice, Pork boneless ribs, and shrimp egg rolls. It hit the spot for sure. The mustard was really hot. I almost stopped breathing from the choking once I took too much on the first bite. Whew! Lesson learned.

Leftover stew from last night and leftover sausage with pasta.

A can of sardines, and Italian bread for lunch. Also, some cheese cubes with that for lunch. Supper will be a simple macaroni and cheese.

Had Italian sausage in a nice tomato sauce, and nice crusty Italian bread.

Up here in SW NJ we had just a squall with like 1/2 inch. Nothing to speak of. We wish we had more. We are snow lovers.

Simple supper today...... Rice and beans. Rice, onions, tomatoes, and beans in a pot, a little salt and pepper, and and all cooked in 30 minutes. "Done".

Leftover lasagna was in the fridge; so I ate that.

Had steamed veggie dumplings for breakfast, and supper will be hot dogs.

Way too much, and it generated a lot of leftovers. I'm ready for simple food like a hot dog now. Turkey left over I wont eat, but the kids love turkey and the trimmings; so they can knock their selves eating it again.

It will be meals in limbo for me. Gonna semi fast, so There will be plenty of room for what tomorrow will be........"Sheer Gluttony!"

Wow. what great comfort meals above!... I'm Drooling; even though I just ate my soup and fish for supper.

Tonight will be codfish cooked in a butter / wine sauce. Rice to compliment it.

It will be hungry man frozen TV Salisbury steak dinners. Ice cream for dessert.

And tomorrow, will be a chuck roast for the supper meal....cooked in the crock pot.

Tonight will be Chili that DIL made yesterday, and Mexican corn bread.

Yesterday was Pizza with 1/2 sausage crumbles topping. Ice cold beer for a turning it into a happy meal.

Okay..... Will do.

We had a kitty we called 'Oregano' She loved to eat meat balls.
