I bought a 1.32lb flat iron steak...I've never had one before. Any suggestions on how to cook it so it's nice and tender?

Any suggestions? Should I just cut it off the cob raw? Last time I cooked it and then when we would eat it, it was over cooked......(heating it up afterwards)

My 3rd old niece Mayson had surgery today on her eyes to correct her eyes. Both eyes turn in, she has esotropia of some kind. I got to see her right after and the poor thing is crying, wants to rub her eyes soo bad but she can't. Hopefully this will be the only surgery she'll need on the eyes!
