I’m up early and made 1st Breakfast… Spam, eggs, and Ukrainian bakery bread toast.

I used to get a pizza in Germany that was covered in seafood and snails - loved it. Another pizza from the BX was bacon, hamburger, and cheddar cheese. That was my favorite.

You have good neighbors. I’m glad you are safe. My wife has an appointment this morning then we will go to ocean for cranberries and oysters. Hopefully I will get some fish and chips.

Marmaduke brought up milk. Just this morning we were taking about buying some dried milk and possibly eggs. the last dried cheese I bought tasted fishy and she binned it.

We go through it to fast to worry about it… looking at buying dried milk now.

With the state of all these natural disasters and living in the shadow of a volcano we have been doing more prepping than usual. I’ve always felt the need to be prepared since my scout then army days. We’ve always kept a supply of canned goods and dried beans, etc. and now have water...

My wife has been drying smoked salmon she gets at the Ukrainian market. She did this yesterday and all night in the kitchen. The house reeks! The salt really pops with this dried product.

Im going to pan fry spam and eggs and watch Seahawks…

Lunch was SPAM pan fried in bacon grease.
