    I think my smart grill is one of my very best purchases, ever! Non-stick and cooks it to the desired temp, etc. The potatoes were a new-to-me recipe, olive oil, garlic, parsley and shallots. Yum! I decided to bake some shrimp along side the taters. 😍

    I'm going to sous vide a couple of chicken breasts and I'll make a cranberry/apple chutney to top them. On the side there will be mashed taters and I'm gonna do something with some Brussels sprouts. That should fill us up!

    We had tacos, yesterday. Carnitas, beans & rice from the freezer made for an easy dinner...and still yummy. Tonight, we're having BBQ Hasselback Kielbasa, white corn (canned) & mandarin oranges. Just sounds good.

    I'm making my version of Sausage Kale Sweet Potato Hash. I use spinach in place of the kale, just a personal preference. Tonight, we'll top the hash with a couple of eggs and we'll have some sour dough toast too.

    My apologies! YMMV? The recipe I used also called for soy sauce...and just any nuggets. I LOVE Orange Chicken, but this version just isn't my thing, I guess? I do hope that you enjoy it!
