this probably not traditional but this is the way i did it tonight...one warning, this sauce is chicken is hot..lol
1/4 cup of no name sauce
garlic powder
oregano
nutmeg
thyme
sprinkle spices on chicken, mix in sauce. marinate for 3 hours
grill
coat with your favorite sauce if desired
bams simple beans
2 16 oz cans of your favorite beans
1/2 cup of your favorite bbq sauce
1/2 cup v8 juice or other veggie juice
mix together in an old bread pan and cook on top rack of grill
