Dinner Sunday November 2 - Saturday 8 2025 🦃🍂

Tina used up some cherry tomatoes.... garlic and onion minced in a little olive oil, and cooked till reduced. Added to wagon wheel macaroni, and that was lunch. Supper was breaded eggplant and fried. I had mine with bread and provolone cheese made a tasty sandwich...

We had dinner salads last night. Typical green and red leaf lettuces, spinach, cucumber, radish, tomatoes, chicken, bacon, parmesan cheese, dried cranberries, pistachios, and ranch and balsamic dressing. It's a really nice combination of flavors.

I picked up Panda Express yesterday for my lunch for today. Well it's probably 2 lunches.

That looks like my container when I go to Hong Kong buffet.
Always enough to last me days. 😋

It's cold and miserable here again. Made another batch of chicken soup a few days ago so that's dinner tonight.

Been procrastinating on making homemade pasta but will at least get the dough mixed if not actually rolling it out and cutting it tonight.

I'm thinking fish too. Halibut on the "smart" grill, taters and a salad. Lazy day, easy stuff.
I think my smart grill is one of my very best purchases, ever! Non-stick and cooks it to the desired temp, etc. The potatoes were a new-to-me recipe, olive oil, garlic, parsley and shallots. Yum! I decided to bake some shrimp along side the taters. 😍
