CRAP !!

That would be Roy Orbison.

Roy Kelton Orbison was born in April 23, 1936, in Vernon, Texas. He was an American songwriter, singer, and guitarist, who was known for his powerful voice and emotional ballads. He enjoyed two nicknames: 'The Caruso of Rock' and 'The Big O'. Both of these nicknames apparently came about because Orbison's music was described as operatic.
