What are you eating Sunday 11/24/2024 to Saturday 11/30/2024?

Made the chicken in the air fryer, 3 at a time.
Seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, Dash seasoning and Old Bay.
Leftovers tomorrow.

This is about the plate, so I'll try to be brief. When I make meatballs, I make 5# at a time, then vac seal in portions and freeze. When I make sauce, I make at least 1 gallon at a time and do the same. It's for days like today, craved a homemade and filling dinner. In the oven with a ton of mozzarella, here's my baked Rigatoni with meatballs. Sorry, and not because I made it, but this tasted even better than it looks.
