I was just telling my father that I only really like potatoes when they are excellent fries or baked. But the smashed potatoes that you and Peep make I like, too. Just never think of them.

The past week or so was a nightmare. Poor Tina had a bad at the beauty
parlor with hair dye that burned her scalp. Cooking and eating was just to survive.
DD did the shopping, and I did the cooking. It's always something.
Today was the first she stopped itching, and I got a banana & chocolate pudding pie
that she made today. Yummm Eeeee..... It was good!
I made shaved beef sliders with fried onions on top, on mini brioche buns.

Well, last night I made a boiled dinner for my father with his beloved gray corned beef. I failed to de-salt it enough. I rinsed it after it was cooked, and it was better, but still too salty. I had to throw out the vegs and boil more in plain water.

We only ate one slice of meat each. Not sure I dare making hash out it.

Don't forget my corned beef recipe I posted in 2012.....in the slow cooker with beer and veggies.....no gray meat 😊
