Man Lee, I could really go on a full tilt rant, but I won't.
If I ever get quiet on the forum, you'll know it's because of work stress.
I love being a nurse.
I dislike the current work environment extremely.
Sad to say, it's pretty much the same all over.
I have friends who work in hospitals and nursing homes and home care.
It's a thankless career at times.
Never thought I'd say this 42 years in.

I strongly dislike situations with the wrong people in charge.
The nurse I trained recently is in the same situation tonight, so I've been getting texts.
I told her this: remember who you are there for.
It's about THEM, not "them".
Because "they" don't care.

I got my second covid booster yesterday. My arm is pretty sore. I was going to get my first shingles shot but the tech said I would probably be achy for a few days. I knew I would be sore from the covid shot so I decided to wait. I'll start the shingles shots after the new year.

My fishing and shooting bud sent me this today. It’s the hunting grounds I used hunt with my Britt.

Well I cleaned my apartment like a mad woman and decorated for Christmas.

I feel sorry about the US team. In my opinion they too played really well but Netherlands was lucky. And US needs to improve the attacking, especially the last few seconds of a pass.

Since Sunday night up until today it's been nothing but worry.
One of my best loved residents got sent to St. Luke's in Toledo.
He had been recovering from covid, but he crashed this morning.
Then yesterday my best friend Jules son took himself to ER without telling her because of severe abdominal pain.
They did emergency surgery because of a perforated bowel.
I love that kid.
He's healing and keeping her updated.
My Mother passed away from the same thing. After having a colonoscopy.

There's no sun in Colombo today. Same yesterday and the day before. And will continue for a week they say. It just looks like an evening, the whole day. Cooler weather too. Feels like Kandy. All due to some dust sweeping away from India. Oh and the air pollution is very high. Everyone should wear masks.

It's been a cold, snowy day.
Finally got most of Jule's moving done.
We did the lighter things.
Her two sons and friends are doing all the heavy work right now.

Nancy has been baking but with Afib wears out. I’ve been doing the kitchen clean up and it never seems to end. I cleaned kitchen, did laundry, Christmas cards, and ran to WinCo. I’m having a martini, got my mise en place, and will start prepping dinner in half hour.

I love the brand but unfortunately cannot be found in my country. I checked the features of your model, and the best thing is the generic Android. Saves you from a lot of trouble, and will be fast too. Except for Nokia and Motorola, I haven't seen generic Android in any other phone. Maybe there are others but never seen.

Also, I'm still getting used to all the different bells and whistles - new apps, most of which I may never use but I've been told, do NOT delete any of them.
Thankfully everything I backed up transferred.
