What do you guys think about the Big Heat Wave?

How are you guys handling it? Does it interfere with your daily getting to or from work? Life at home, etc?

I say big because it affects the whole country, plus other places like Europe.
There's no relief in sight until this coming Monday!!

Yes it does get hot in the summer. My house is set at 70*F because I work outside all day.

Right now I've bumped my central air down to 72°. Normally I keep it at 74°.

It was 92F today in Paris. All of Europe is under an intense heat wave. The Tour de France ended here today, and I really felt sorry for those folks in this heat.

Yes, indoors. But half the fin is sitting in the outdoor cafes and brasserries. It's the hottest around 5-8:00, just about dinner time, so we are eatig indoors for dinner, outdoors for lunch.

It’s 88° here. I went fishing today and it was a gorgeous day for it, only the fish weren’t biting. It didn’t start getting hot till we pulled out.

It's 85 here now. Looks like the big heat wave that had most or all of the country in its torrid grip has somewhat subsided & temps have returned to normal here again.

Dang, wish it would drop below 95. Which is actually low for us.
