It took me a while to find the glaze!Sounds delish! The other night when I made caprese, I drizzled a little herb bread-dipping oil on it in addition to the glaze, since mozzarella is SO bland. I liked it.
I bought some herb feta to make caprese-ish salad this week.

Again…. We ate out. I had linguine with white clam sauce. I’m really not cooking often these days.
