You know I'm a fan of pork steaks, Lora - how was it cooked that way? I've only Ah-So'd them or BBQ sauced them either in the oven or on the grill.

Yes, I sous vide the burgers @ 129 F for 3 hours and sear them in a cast iron pan that is red hot with avacado oil. Very tender and moist, I used 80/20. Precision cooking with this method and you can really dial it in.Okay, wait now. You sous vide the burgers, then sear them somehow? And. .... why?

With the Sniffles flying around.... DD, and Tina are sick, and on anti - biotics,
DD has a pot of good ole chicken soup on the stove cooking.
Don't feel lick eating either, but I have to for 2 of my meds, and because of
Diabetic meal balance.
