DD said I had to eat so I made a quick simple arugula salad for myself.

Dinner today will possibly be AH-SO pork, and a spinach salad.
If I don't use the sauce on the pork steaks, then I'll just do them in panko/oven fry method.

You know I'm a fan of pork steaks, Lora - how was it cooked that way? I've only Ah-So'd them or BBQ sauced them either in the oven or on the grill.

Yes, I sous vide the burgers @ 129 F for 3 hours and sear them in a cast iron pan that is red hot with avacado oil. Very tender and moist, I used 80/20. Precision cooking with this method and you can really dial it in.

I sous vide my burgers In Silicone rings, too. It makes the perfect size and shape for the bun.
I do 125F for an hour, then a hard seat in cast iron.

With the Sniffles flying around.... DD, and Tina are sick, and on anti - biotics,
DD has a pot of good ole chicken soup on the stove cooking.
Don't feel lick eating either, but I have to for 2 of my meds, and because of
Diabetic meal balance.

Tomorrow I'll be heading to Michigan with my friend Jules for a meal somewhere between here and Morenci, Michigan.
