    This, Kathleen. The bitters are kind of expensive, but I use them for other cocktails as well. I don't think you'll miss this ingredient if you omit it. Lee

    I only had maybe a tablespoon of caper juice at the bottom of the jar. I added enough olive brine to make 1/4 cup. Figured that, with 1/2 cup of pickle juice, was briny enough. Turns out, it was perfect! Lee

    Had a package of 2 thin pork chops, made some stuffing to put on top of them, covered with mushroom soup. Not bad - very filling! I did steam the broccolini and was not impressed. More bland flavor than broccoli, so I don't see the point. Lee
