    bacon fat

    After reading many posts on the forum...a forum...I started saving bacon fat. It's in the fridge. So my question is, how long can I keep it? And what do I do with it?

    The Whale's Rib Deerfield Beach FL

    The Whale's Rib is a little hole in the wall with great fresh seafood. Small dining area and fun bar. Rock shrimp, stone crab, oysters...yumm. When I was there last week they were filming for Diners, Drive-ins and Dives to be aired this summer. I didn't get discovered but as always enjoyed...
