I had steelhead patty’s and a glass of V-8 juice so I got my vegetables. Dessert was a small bowl of raisins and pumpkin seeds.

Supper was Shrimp peel and eat, with curry ketchup, and a saffron flavored buttered roll.... A chocolate chip cookie for dessert.

I couldn’t wait for Thursday. I turned a Turkey Leg into Turkey Soup. I also made a salad. I’m stuffed.
