Happy Easter!

This was always made with the colored Easter eggs.

I’m up early, made coffee, got the prime rib pan out of garage and gave it a scrubbing. Whomever cleaned it the last time did a poor job. It’s a pan big enough to hold a double batch of Funeral Potatoes.
I‘m going to first church so I can get back and make my dish Before heading north for dinner. It’s a 40 min. drive.
