Default stuffed celery

Jim's celery recipe reminded me of a simple but good snack.

Have you ever filled your celery with peanut butter? How about cream cheese? Both make the celery very tasty.

So this is simple as filling the celery and then cutting it into 2 inch sections.

Hint, I know someone who used to cut the celery and then fill each of the small pieces. That's doing it the hard way. Much easier to fill the celery and then cut it.
