I'll do my best to keep up with exercises as I know that's the most important part. The knee is done, the healing has begun and it will get better. The rest is up to me. The reason for the early release is there is greater chance of infection the longer one stays in hospital.
Today I am one month out from surgery and am the progress is so much faster than when I had my left knee done. I'm walking without a staff, today did the 13 stairs normally and virtually pain free, and flexing knee is 125 degrees, and straightening is to 0 with some effort. I still wear out quickly but know getting into "shape" will take time and work. PT is a big help and will keep with that till I use up the benefits.
