Nothing super fancy... Cajun grilled shrimp and a sirloin with white wine and butter sauteed mushrooms and onions. The oven baked potato got some olive oil and salt on the skin first.
Note the unhealthy amount of sour cream on the tater... I waited to put the rest on until after the picture, LOL! It's a weakness of mine on baked taters.

Keltin, I have never tried battered/fried pepper strips, but those sure look great, all of it does.
I like cornish hens too, but I've never tried them on the grill. Yum!
