Chicken and Stuffing Shells

2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped or shredded
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
2 cans of cream of celery soup
2 cans water
1 box jumbo pasta shells
1 box instant stuffing mix
1 c mayo
1/4 c parmesan cheese

In large bowl combine soups and water.

Cook shells according to package directions-then rinse and drain well.
Meanwhile, chop or shred chicken and set aside.
Prepare stuffing.

Combine chicken, stuffing and mayo.

Pour 2 c of soup mixture into bottom of a 9x13 dish.
Stuff the shells with the chicken/stuffing mix.
Place shells in dish and pour the remaining soup over the top.
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 15.
