A dip for Buffalo Wings, celery and carrot sticks!

Mix it with flour for breading.
Mix it into meatloaf meat before baking.
Stir into cream cheese for dip.
Hmmm, I wonder how it would be used as a thickener
for a pasta dish..

lee, good call. i've got wing-ettes in my freezer. not much beats wings & dip.

kimchee, excellent thought. there is maltodextrin on the ingredient list, so it'll likely thicken/form a sauce. especially w/ pasta's starch content.

glad that that is an inexpensive item. i'll hafta buy other packets & types once i use this pack.

Hot wings, salad, out of hand, crackers, and of course NY strip STEAK topping mixed with butter!! LOL I love blue cheese also. YUM
Also as a sauce for fried cheese raviolis.

Stem mushrooms and use that as a stuffing. Trader Joes makes a dip of blue cheese with roasted pecans that I use for that and as a topping for BQ'd steaks.
