I'll post my photos when they're in actual dessert mode.
That's beautiful, Lucky.

2 c blueberries
1 lemon, juice and zest
1t honey or maple syrup

1c flour
1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 c milk

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Put in bottom of buttered baking dish, I used a Corelle pie plate.

Mix flour, sugar, eggs and milk.
Pour over berry mixture.
Gently shake plate to distribute batter evenly.
Bake 425 20- 25 minutes.

So I bought this Reese's no bake dessert bar mix.
Very easy to throw together.
The taste is similar to a Reese's cup, but the texture was somewhat gritty.
Won't buy it again. Lol
