Cool Re: What's On Our Plates Sunday June 9 - Saturday 15

I had one of the two leftover bagels I made last night for lunch.
As if it weren't already fattening enough, I whipped up a little pack of white gravy and poured it on.

Absolutely no clue what dinner will be.

Maybe I'll take a run to TJ's and get some greens and EVOO to make a salad and maybe tamales to go with.

Hmmm, might do something a little different tonight.

Lunch was Rotisserie chicken and salad (Trader Joe's Sorrento blend greens, Trader Joe's Wild baby arugula, dandelion greens, black olives, green olives, anchovy fillet, grape tomatoes, smokehouse almonds, Trader Joe's dried tart cherries, feta cheese, fresh mozzarella pearls and stuffed grape leaves) dressed with EVOO, red wine vinegar and spices.
That's on a small luncheon plate but I only ate half. I saved what was left for later. I don't mind wilted salad.

Geez, it's been a while since I've bought a rotisserie chicken.
That looks delicious, Peeps.
The salad is the bomb.

Slight change of plans here.
Instead of burgers, I'll make German meatballs with the kraut and pierogies.
Don't know what makes them German.
It's a very basic recipe with parsley.

Today will be hot dogs grilled. DD is going to grill chicken. She will be making chili for Her BF for a job in Philly this week.
