A splat of ketchup, All on the ends of the bread cause there were no burger buns.

I decided to make my own salad and added some sliced grape tomatoes and carrots as well. Tossed with Newman's Own Family Recipe Italian.
Also made another batch, that one I'll have tomorrow for lunch, it has creamy bacon ranch dressing.

LT, your prime rib dinner looked spectacular!

BTW, you can change the size of the photos by changing the camera setting and they will download faster, and they will be quicker to post and to email. However, if you want to print them out, the resolution won't be as good. I keep the size of my digital photos small, since I email and post them almost exclusively.

Peeps, feel better soon! I know how much you love to plan for and cook for the holidays. I hope your family helps.

Dan, your sushi looks good enough for ME to eat!

We went out tonight to a new Mexican (Mayan) place. Our new favorite. A bit of a drive, but worth it. They make guacamole tableside to order/made to your specs. We had a corn salsa as well. Their complimentary salsa was good. Craig asked for some spicy. It was HOLY SH....! For me when I tried just a tiny dip of a point of a chip. He liked it though. I had pork belly tacos. He had sour orange marinated pork fajitas that came out sizzling and remained that way for quite a while. Both dishes came with refried black beans and Mexican rice. Best refried black beans I've ever had. We brought home a piece of flan to split. Craig had draft Mexican beer and I had a couple of tequila mojitos. They were fantastic. I usually only have 1 drink when we go out, but I couldn't resist another.

You just reminded me of my smokey sardine dip that Chowhound/Fred liked back when we did the cooking in the Netcookingtalk aprons.
I love sardines in any sauce whether tomato, mustard or oil.
Hmm, not sure I've ever had Land o' Lakes cheese, but like their whipped butter.

Medtran, your Mexican meal sounds good enough to make me drive from Boston down to that restaurant. I would have chosen the pork belly tacos, too!

Sass and Dan, Land O'Lakes American cheese is the most popular deli-sliced cheese in my area. I can't tell the difference between it and store brand deli American, though. Ditto the butters.

Hi everyone. Thank you all for the best wishes. I woke up to 103.2 F. All I ate today so far is a couple bites of buttered bagel. I feel a bit better and fever went down to 100.5 F.

Not sure what will be for dinner. Family will definitely have shrimp cocktail and clams casino. I won't be having fish. It didn't sit well last night. I may have mac and cheese.

I didn't make my mom's Easter meat pie . Maybe DD with direction from me can make the cheesecake.

Hopefully I will be better for tomorrow.

BTW I also buy L.O.L. butter when on sale and I do like their American cheese.
