It was hot from the butcher $hop chicken wings. Uncooked, and just in a bag with the marinade hot sauce.
In the toaster oven on non stick foil pan.... 250 F for 4 hours.
I added some kosher salt and black pepper.

7 wings and a bottle of beer, and OHOooooo SOoooooo GOOooood!

I'll attempt to build a Lasagna today....... first time for everything, and the Warden's are long gone from the freezer......

It was a party in my mouth..... hahahahahahaha

I made some cubed tomatoes in water and olive oil...salt, sugar, and oregano, and two garlic cloves microplaned!

Mommy came home with eggplant from Giancarlos in Ledgewood.
Peach pie for dessert too!

Well, it certainly wasn't the Warden's Lasagna........
...used "No Boil" Noodles, which didn't swell up like the normal ones do when boiled... won't use them again...

Not very photogenic, but it was tasty........ perhaps too little Beef Mixture, perhaps a little too much of the Ricotta mixture, and I definitely messed up the layering... but I enjoyed the experience, and the meal, and I have two nice slabs in the freezer for the future.....

Looks good Lucky for a first run. You will get better at it.

I started using the Barilla no boil noodles when my hands got bad. I haven't had a problem yet. You need to use a little more liquid/sauce. I sometimes use sliced fresh mushrooms which give off liquid. Don't overlap the noodles.

It's really strange how we have planned the same meals lately. I have lasagna planned for today or tomorrow.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Never explain yourself. Your friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe it anyway.
