Default Chili Cheese Log

Mom made this for Christmas every year.

3/4 lb cheddar cheese, grated
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp red or cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Few drops hot sauce (optional for the weak at heart)
Chili powder

blend all ingredients except chili powder. Shape into 2 thin logs. Roll in chili powder. Wrap and refrigerate and let season 3 or 4 days. Optional to roll in 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

I used to think the worst thing in life was to end up all alone. It's not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel all alone. Robin Williams
