cabot sharp cheddar, vermont cheddar, (moldy- i'll trim it), & i think 4 bries. is this fondue-able....... or soup....... i i'm not bakin', so no macaroni & cheese.
maybe a bechamel w/ cheeses, tho i'm very iffy on whisking a brie in. i envision that breaking. quickly.

Do you have a torch? I like to creme brulee brie with brown sugar on top. Serve with fresh fruit.

The cheds would make a nice grilled cheese sammie, add bacon, or ham, or pepperoni.

I wish i had a good idea about the fondue. Just reading it made me want a fondue. I wonder if the cedars might not flow.

oh you can use the brie and sharp chedder (dont cut yourself PUN CITY lol)shred them or slice em and put them in the and make chedder and brie grilled cheese and if you like bacon you can add bacon
