Man, I could watch these all day.

J Pepin calls it a creamy omelet - the "classic" form altho in later series he identifies also a "country" omelet style which has more browned edges....similar to the 'usual and customary' USA type.

That looks wonderful. Wish I could see a recipe for the rice and the gravy.

The omelet is perfect. As far as I am concerned omelets and eggs in general should never be brown. With the exception of Egg Fu Young.

Awesome! I was wondering how that was to be eaten with chopsticks - was glad to see the spoon.

What was the dark speck that was placed on the omelet?
