Amaretto Peach Cheesecake

Crust
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup flour

Filling
24 ounces cream cheese – softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs
16 ounce can peaches, drained and pureed
1/4 cup amaretto

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Add flour and mix well. Spread dough onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Back at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour. Add eggs, one at a time. Add peaches and amaretto. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and continue baking for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Cool cake in oven with door ajar. Loosen cake from pan sides; cool, then chill.
