My DSL is on the fritz and I've been on the phone with Verizon about 3 hours today. Plus I've got my irons in a few other fires.... beer sounds good. Those fajitas are in my future though. I just don't have the energy to think anymore tonight.

ayapti, asparagus is very good, you can freeze it until you decide to cook it.
Really? I never knew that. Thanks for posting this. BTW is there a special way I should freeze asparagus? You know, like in water or something? Because I love asparagus and when I find it on sale, I would be so happy to be able to buy a lot and freeze some.

the next time i make meatballs and pasta, i am going to do them with you in mind Sass.. i found some some italian meatless meatballs today...
I ended up using odds and ends so we had wilted spinach salad w/hot bacon & mushroom dressing, cheese sticks and sour cream rangoons. It was actually pretty good.
they are a canadian brand, so if we can get them here, there has got to be some kind somewhere in USA..lol
we are slow when it comes to newer foods..lol

yup meatless meatballs....think vegetarian derek..lol
sass is part pesco/veggie/vegan and that is why i am trying to make meat subtitutes so that everyone can enjoy my recipes
