This afternoon I'll grill country ribs with creamed corn and a bok choy something for sides. It's Seahawk's Monday!!!
I've got a couple pounds of goat meat simmering for a Moroccan Tagine tonight.
I had dinner at a nice place in Ottawa, Ohio.

I used some leftover pork from some ribs and made a sort of pork Paprikash- and had it over rice.
It was delish!
