We had Brunch today.

Mommy "T" made Rice and Beans, and Rice Krispy Treats.
B T W.... we do not follow the recipe on the rice krispy box.
Tina always uses 1 and 1/2 stick of butter to the 6 cups of krispies and marshmallows.
They don't come out hard that way. :piesmiley1:

Lunch today was a Hot Dog and Pork & Beans from the church soup kitchen where Tina volunteers. She directs someone else to cook, and how to spice, and do the heavy stuff, but she can count out and set up the plasticware and napkins etc.
She has disability in her hands, but still volunteers her time to feed the poor.
She was one of those little girls in line at the food and bread center when she was a young kid.

Brunch was an frittata with diced ham, cheese, potatoes, and mushrooms.
I made it early morning at 2:00 am. This time change has me messed up.

I had two fresh eggs over easy, and two slices of white toast.
Dessert... ( sweets ) was an Hot Cross + bun.

Tina had a mashed potato and bread with brown gravy open faced sandwich.
