I think I drew from 3 or four different recipes ; One for the loin wrapped in bacon, one for the stuffing (Amish Recipe) and for the rubs and seasonings I winged it...........
Cut a loin into "roll" thin enough to "roll" it ;

make your favorite "Wet" stuffing ; line the loin, roll it, wrap it in about a pound of bacon, tie it off to keep it's shape, bake, let it rest, slice and serve...........
maybe I'll try to re-build it again, but you know me, peeps, I stuff it, and move on to other "stuffs"...............
