Seafood Bake

This is a fantastic and easy bake.

Amounts will vary to your serving sizes. This is for two-three in a 9x13 Pyrex.

1. Take your fav seafood, mine being 10 sea scallops and 2 haddock filets, place in a buttered glass casserole.

2. In a bowl, mix 3 cups day old shredded bread, your favorite Italian herbs, 1/4 cup melted butter and enough cheese sauce (I use Alfredo) to make the consistancy of bread pudding.

3. Top the seafood with the bread mixture and use regular bread crumbs to fill in any gaps.

4. Bake at 325 for 35-40 min, and broil for 3 min to brown the top.

5. Enjoy!
