- 12 oz Cool Whip Lite
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
- 1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 sliced medium bananas
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mix & milk on low for 2 mins; beat the vanilla in
- Fold in 3 cups of the cool whip
- Pour 1 1/3 cup of the pudding mixture into the prepared pie crust
- Layer with banana slices & top this with remaining pudding mixture
- Top with remaining cool whip & garnish with extra banana slices if desired
- Store in refrigerator before serving (or freezer if you want to eat the darn thing ASAP ) Just until firmed up
