Deep-Fried Asparagus ??

We pan fry fresh asparagus tips, and they are wonderful!

Break asparagus spears off where they are tender and wash. Heat half olive oil/half butter in skillet on med/high.
Do the triple dip on the asparagus...seasoned flour, beaten egg and a little milk, back into seasoned flour and into the hot grease. Turn until golden brown on all sides, drain on paper towels, and serve as a side dish.
