Marinaded in the fridg. for 5hrs. going on the grill @400* about 35min.

Going to pull and let them rest for 10min.



On the plate and ready to eat a real good Chicken meal with Brussels Sprouts

Did you grill the Brussels sprouts, or roast them in the oven?

It's hard to muck up thighs, I don't think I have done chicken on the grill, so this will be a first for me!

Ross, the recipe calls for skinless. Did you leave the skin on yours?

Looks like it, but I can't tell for sure. Am I correct when I say that you leave the skin on all the chicken thighs you grill, whether or not the recipe calls for skinless? Because the chicken in all of your photos looks fantastic!

This is on my list to make soon.
