I've been wanting to try some ponzu sauce, and I finally bought some. I made a glaze for pan seared salmon by reducing some orange juice, ponzu sauce, and freshly grated ginger. The slaw, which also got a little douse of the glaze, was a bagged Asian slaw mix with some snow peas added.

I really like the ponzu sauce. It's like soy sauce's citrusy cousin :in_love:.

It's Atlantic farmed salmon, and it doesn't stay as pink as wild Pacific when cooked. I think cooking time has something to do with it too because I've cooked filets from the same bag for less amount of time and they retained more pink coloring.
