It was tough deciding between Sausage Cacciatore and Chicken Cacciatore - I went with chicken. Another long-time, no have for me.

Crock-potted, with whole grain penne. MmmmMMMM!

That's so delicious looking, med.

We got quesadillas from Hawk's and I made romaine/ walnut salad to go with.
No pics, it's been a little crazy around here.

Had to look up the ingredients for this one - essentially a Quiche Lorraine with the addition of ham, Med?

Terrific!

Yes. Not sure if that was where it originated, but first time I ever had it was in the restaurant in Cinderella's castle at Walt Disney World. Long, long ago when the restaurant was King Stefan's Banquet Hall. It was served during brunch/lunch hours.

Last Night's fate;
Baked Pork Loin Chop, Bacon-ed Mash with Sauerkraut, and Diced

Rutabagas ...
Not sure I like the Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce.... will require another outing...
Haven't had a Rutabaga in centuries, seems like, but, upon tasting, I immediately remembered... "I don't like 'em" !

Awwww, LT!

I love rutabagas, boiled in beef or chicken broth, then drained and mashed with caramelized onions and lots of butter!

Maybe you just need more butter? And salt!

Amelia requested Red Robin for her birthday dinner. I had the fish and chips with two extra pieces. I have to admit theirs is better than Bob's.

Well Photobucket is down. I can't upload Pic.
We had Ravioli & Salad tonight.
Ravioli is Three Bridges GLUTEN FREE- and was amazing.
3 cheese, but we added the left over meat from yesterdays
Stuffed Zucchini.

I'll have to find that ravioli.

Last night was GF pasta with our home canned marinara. I grilled Italian sausage with pecan for smoke.
