I'm thinking about cooking a big roaster chicken on the grill and making giblet gravy for the mashes potatoes. Probably do some corn on the grill, too.

If the rain stops I'm thinking of making Blues Man's - Shrimp stuffed Portabellos. I've got all the ingredients and it looks so good!! That and a salad will be our dinner.
