Received a BO-GO coupon from Boston Market in my E-Mail yesterday....
Not a big fan of Boston Market, but on my budget, I couldn't pass up two dinners for the price of one....

Last Night's 'BO' part ;
Meat Loaf, Gravy, Creamed Spinach and "Southwestern" Rice, and a Mini-Cornbread.

Meat Loaf was just what you'd expect Meat Loaf to be like...
Creamed Spinach was cheesier than it needed to be...
Nothing "Southwestern" about the rice, and it was going nugget-y ;
Too long on the steam table, I think...
Cornbread was VERY sweet, with more of a Doughnut texture...

Hopefully, tonight's 'GO' part of the deal will be more to my liking...

We've got a fabulous place just across the Avenue called Tano's pizza.
They have a pulled pork pizza that I am told "is to die for"...
So perhaps that this evening.
It comes with pineapple as one of the toppings.
I think I'll have them leave it off.

Sass, your ham steak and mashed dinner is one of my favorite combos (although I only make it when I have my garden yellow beans).

Med, beautiful plating on the Pho, and I love your use of the rest of the ingredients!

OK Kids, most of the taco was pretty great. The beans were not wet enough after just microwaving and adding some tap water. My DD did mention that one of the taco's was significantly better.

Yep the large ones. (Shrimp)
Small lobsters were on sale at Safeways, 2-cut up, two still in the shell.
I went OVERBOARD ON THIS DISH. :)

I went to visit a friend last night, who made us a cheese fondue. Long time, no have!

He used a variety of cheeses, the big chunk is called Alpha Tolman - delicious.

Dippers were toasted whole wheat bread, broccoli and cauliflower florets, and grilled ham steak.

It was a lot of fun!
