12 good sized slices of moist turkey breast meat
2 c pecans- finely ground
2 T paprika
2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1 c AP flour
3/4 c buttermilk
Oil for frying
In large shallow dish, combine nuts, paprika, salt and pepper.
Put flour and buttermilk in separate bowls for dipping.
Roll turkey in flour, dip in buttermilk, then coat with pecan mixture.
Heat oil in large skillet and fry goujons until golden brown.
(May also bake them at 375 for 25-30 minutes)
