Fusilli with Proscuitto and Mascapone cheese

1 lb of fusilli pasta or any spiral shaped pasta
3 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 c fresh grated Parmesano cheese
1/2 c Mascapone cheese
1/4 lb proscuitto di Parma, sliced thin and chopped
fresh ground pepper
Chopped fresh basil

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Drain pasta and put in a large, heated serving/pasta bowl. Drizzle with melted butter. Add parmesano cheese and mascapone in dollops over pasta. Add prosciutto and pepper and chopped basil. Toss to combine and serve immediately. :heart:
