Started with a 3.4 lb. Tri Tip seasoned with Richard's Holy Smokin Chipotle.
Seared on both sides @530*
Pulled @ 125* interior while it's resting for 10-min. I'll grill the asparagus.
Grilled for 3-min. a side @350*
This was a wonderful meal, especially the Asparagus.
