Quick Banana Cream Pie

  • 12 oz Cool Whip Lite
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
  • 1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 sliced medium bananas
  • 1 cup nonfat milk

  • In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mix & milk on low for 2 mins; beat the vanilla in
  • Fold in 3 cups of the cool whip
  • Pour 1 1/3 cup of the pudding mixture into the prepared pie crust
  • Layer with banana slices & top this with remaining pudding mixture
  • Top with remaining cool whip & garnish with extra banana slices if desired
  • Store in refrigerator before serving (or freezer if you want to eat the darn thing ASAP :thumb:) Just until firmed up
