Tortellini w/Prosciutto & Portabella Mushrooms

1 package cheese tortellini
6 pieces sliced prosciutto ham
1/2 package sliced "baby bella" mushrooms
1 zucchini, sliced
1 shallot, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup white whine
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
unsalted butter

Saute shallot, zucchini, garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes over medium high heat. Add white wine and reduce by half over medium heat. In a seperate pan, saute mushrooms over medium heat in butter, add prosciutto until it gets a little crispy. Add to other pan and remove from heat. Blend in cream and additional butter to achieve desired consistency. Mix sauce with tortellini and serve.
