We all have a few recipes where we don't measure anything, this is one of them. But don't worry, you can't mess it up, it comes out awesome every time.
This is my mother-in-law's "secret" recipe that all of us requested that she make over and over again. She is gone now, but thankfully, she once let me watch her make it. Simple and easy.
Mostaccioli
ground beef
onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped
8 oz. can tomato sauce
mostaccioli noodles; cooked and drained
your favorite barbeque sauce
Sauté the ground beef, onion and green pepper until lightly browned. Remove from heat. Stir in the tomato sauce, then the noodles. Keep stirring in barbeque sauce until it tastes moist and fabulous. Return to heat and heat through.
