1 EGG
1/4 CUP MILK
1/4 CUP MAYO
1/2 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE, SHREDDED
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
2 10-OZ. PKGS. FROZEN BROCCOLI
2 TBLS BUTTER
BREAD CRUMBS


COMBINE EGG, MILK, MAYO, CHEESE AND SOUP IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, AND SET ASIDE.
PREPARE BROCCOLI AS DIRECTED ON BAG. PLACE ON THE BOTTOM OF BAKING DISH.
POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER BROCCOLI.
MELT BUTTER ; BROWN THE BREAD CRUMBS AND SPRINKLE ON THE TOP OF YOUR DISH.
PLACE DISH IN PRE-HEATED (350) OVEN AND BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES.

LET REST FOR 5 MINUTES AND SERVE
