I found this on one of the sites I go to about Pizza making, and thought it to be interesting although it is about selling the book. Shout video I think worth watching, and the book might be a good too. This guy has a real passion for his work.

I'm trying a new formula today, made with semolina flour. going to go punch it down now for the second rise. I hope it works? if so i will post a pic.
